For typical orders under $500 we do not require a deposit.

For orders over $500, we use the following guidelines:

For residential customers, we may require a deposit of 25% on orders greater than $500.  This deposit is refundable under our bad weather cancellation guidelines.  It is not refundable for any other reason, though the deposit may be applied towards a future rental up to 1 year after the original rental date.

For schools, churches, and businesses with an established address, we may require that a rental agreement be signed and returned before the rental date.  A deposit is not typically required.
